Installation: Once the Windows 98 default was adjusted, setup and configuration were painless and fast. First, we configured TCP/IP on the laptop to obtain an IP address via the DHCP function embedded in the LAN modem. We opened Internet Explorer, and the configuration software popped up immediately. We then needed to set up and make the ISDN connection to our ISP.
