It's a pretty good bet that Craig Schiefelbein will still be in business three years from now. Exactly how he and his associates at Paragon Development Systems Inc. in Oconomowoc will be conducting business is up for debate.
As a manufacturer of its own line of computers and supplier of information technology consulting services, Paragon has evolved into a company with annual revenue of $62 million by accepting that change is not an option, it's a necessity.
