FORT JACKSON, S.C. - The Army Reserve is making a commitment to improve and expand the ability of the Reserve Personnel Action Centers to meet the needs of their customers.
The Army Reserve officially moved to the RPAC model In 2011 to centralize personnel services for Soldiers ranging from pay. promotions, discharges, transfers, records updates and awards. The program replaces the formerly prescribed system of having unit administrators located within each individuell unit completing these actions.
Chief of Army Reserve, Lt. Gen. Jeffrey Talley, is placing command emphasis on ensuring RPACs are best positioned to serve the Soldiers and Families by ordering a USARC-wide "tiger" team to focus on improving...
