ASK STEVE SULZE ABOUT the equipment he installs and he is as likely to talk about the intricacies of bar-code scanners, poll displays and receipt printers as he is about the computers he builds.
Sulze, proprietor of Acctron Business Systems, a build-your-own VAR based here, has been selling and servicing PC clones for point-of-sale (POS) systems under the Acctron name since 1992.
Sulze developed his POS expertise at Alltronics Inc., originally a vendor of calculators that later turned to cash registers and computers. When the company went bust in 1992, Su(ze and about a dozen colleagues each started separate businesses.
Each of these companies provides services to the others-hardware repair, provisioning of supplies, application configuring-on an as-needed basis.
