Although it's the oldest site builder in this review (having been introduced more than a year ago), Adobe PageMill 3.0 is aging gracefully. And although it offers the tools to let advanced designers flex their creative muscles, it's easy enough for novices to master without too much hair-pulling. Thus, the $99 PageMill still ranks as one of the better Web-design solutions. It's also the only one available for both the PC and the Macintosh.
