Many colleagues have commented on using this 395-page book as a bible for writing case notes and for assisting in writing notes for individual program plans (IPPs). Now I have my own copy, and I can understand why this text is so useful. I have heard my colleagues discuss their particular styles of note taking during or after a session and have even heard some state that they do not take notes.
