Texas-based P&C Aggressive Insurance Group is adopting a pair of software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions from One, Inc.
The solutions, ContactOne and ProcessOne, will enable Aggressive to automate communications with insureds and simplify payments, respectively. By choosing cloud-based solutions, Aggressive can anticipate reaping the benefits of more advanced core software without the high capital costs, extended project times, and ongoing technology ownership burdens associated with on-premise applications.
According to Richard Asprey, CEO of both Aggressive and Celestite Holdings, the MGA and corporate parent of Aggressive, the adoption of One Inc.'s SaaS solutions fits into both companies' market strategies on several levels: "Our vision is to empower customers to fully engage with us via their smartphones to address all their payment and endorsement needs."
Bear River Selects SNL iPartners BI
Bear River Mutual Insurance Company has selected SNL iPartners' P&C insurance data model, as well as data integration and business intelligence front-end reporting.
Bear River was looking to solve three business challenges, according to Brian Long, VP of IT.
"First, we needed a P&C focused data model, properly structured and designed as our foundation for reporting," he said. "Second, we needed a data warehouse to combine data from multiple disparate sources. And finally, we needed best practice business content and analytics focused on our lines of business."
Majesco to Revamp Westfield Distribution
Westfield Insurance has selected Majesco's Distribution Management application to consolidate and replace multiple legacy distribution-management systems, Majesco said.
