AISECT Group launched a one-of-its-kind job portal Rojgar Mantra which caters primarily to the semi-urban and rural areas of our country. Rojgar Mantra is the intended platform through which AISECT plans to bridge the demand and supply gap in the job market in semi-urban and rural India. Rojgar Mantra will act as a medium for employers to narrow down their requirements and search for the right candidate and for job seekers to get jobs they are skilled at in their states and districts that are not too far from their hometowns, reducing the need to migrate or relocate to different regions
