Ambit challenges Synopsys

Abstract

On the heels of synthesis leader Synopsys' release of Design Compiler 98, up-and-coming synthesis software provider Ambit Design Systems will announce its BuildGates 2.0. This next version of its logic synthesis product incorporates many new additions and gives a 3x-performance increase over Design Compiler.
