Arez has reached an agreement with Resinvest to invest significant capital in Arez to expedite the growth of its resin business. Arez is a company founded by John O'Mahoney, incorporated in Ireland with its main production capability in Gaoyao City, Guangdong Province in China. Arez manufactures specialty polymers for the ink and adhesives industries. Resinvest is part of the HCS Group, based in Konigstein, Germany. HCS Holdings was founded by Dr. Helmut Schmidt and Constantin Schmidt.
