Integrated Information Systems Inc., of Tempe, Ariz., is acquiring Goliath Networks Inc., a Madison-based consulting firm that is undergoing financial reorganization.
Since the second half of 2000, Integrated Information Systems has been acquiring consulting firms nationwide that specialize in Microsoft technology. The acquisition of Goliath would give Integrated-Information Systems a foothold in the Midwest, adding to acquisitions in Denver, and Portland, Ore.
Integrated Information Systems also has offices in Boston; Atlanta; Los Angeles; New York City; Jacksonville, Fla.; London, and Bangalore, India.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. However, part of the agreement is for Goliath management and professional staff to be hired by Integrated Information Systems.
