Abstract

Lobbyists for GDLS are telling congressional defense committees the company could meet the Army's needs within 18 to 24 months if Congress were to inject an additional $314 million into the service's $74.1 million Stryker procurement request for FY-16, along with adding $97.5 million to the Army's $257.2 million combat vehicle research and development account "to meet an urgent need," according to an information paper obtained by InsideDefense.com.
