Agreement combines enterprise fax management solutions with international least-cost routing and broadcast capabilities.
Biscom, a Chelmsford, Mass., fax server provider, and Graphnet, a Teaneck, NJ., telecommunications technology and service provider, have signed a worldwide marketing agreement. Under the agreement, the two will tightly integrate Biscom's fax management products and Graphnet's Mega Fax network, which delivers more than 2 million faxes daily. The two companies will work together on selling to major accounts, and Graphnet will resell Biscom's products as part of a total telecommunications solution to its customers both domestically and overseas.
