First Engineering and Eve divisions will keep their brand names and two directors will remain after £98m Babcock takeover.
First Engineering and Eve, the Peterhouse Group's most well known operating divisions, will retain their brand names under the group's new ownership - but the Peterhouse name is to be axed.
The knock-on effect of Babcock International's successful £98m takeover of the Peterhouse Group is that only two of its former main board members stay in their posts. They are chief executive Alan Robertson and Janette Anderson, who heads up First Engineering, the group's rail division.
