SYRACUSE -Armory Square has a new option for the palette. BC Restaurant recently opened its doors to the Syracuse dinner crowd,
"We've been fairly well-received by people so far,'' says coowner and chef William "Bill" Collins. "Business has been great."
Located at 247 W. Fayette St., BC Restaurant offers 'New American" cuisine. The menu lists 12 entrees, six of which are seafood. Items range from "hazelnut crusted black grouper and grilled mahi to coriander crusted duck breast and grilled ribeye. Prices range from $15 to $23.
