What really happens in Minneapolis?
Though I had been highly involved in ACA well before becoming an Executive Committee member, I really did not know much about how things operated at ACA headquarters in Minneapolis. Three years later, I am truly amazed by what I have learned about the ACA staff. As such, I thought it would be a good idea to take this month's President's Page to provide some insight to a few of the key players at ACA and to publicly thank them for the incredible job they do for the membership.
I have to start with the chief operating officer of our holding company, Toni Nuernberg. Toni has been at ACA for 29 years, and as our association has evolved, she has taken on many different roles. In the coming year there are some very exciting opportunities that will allow ACA to move to the next financial level.
