Wilshire Associates has undergone a number of personnel changes as a result of its decision to make a serious push into the fund-of- funds and private markets business. The most recent person to announce his departure is Alan Berkov.
Berkov will resign from his position as VP of manager research at the firm to pursue a client services position at an unidentified money management firm, according to a spokesperson for the Santa Monica, Calif-based consulting firm. His last day on the job will be March 27. Berkov could not be reached for a comment concerning his career change.
Berkov served in his position at Wilshire for nearly three years. He provided Wilshire's cadre of consultants with asset manager analysis. The Wilshire spokesperson declined to divulge details about his specific duties. Berkov reports to VP Michael O'Keeffe.
