EASE OF USE: Excellent. The user interface is logical and uncluttered, and the addition of floating palettes makes manipulating text and graphics enjoyably fast and easy.
DOCUMENTATION: Superb. The tutorial and reference manuals are clearly written, profusely illustrated, and well organized. Online help is quick and clear, though not as detailed as the manual.
SUPPORT: Claris provides top-notch, toll-call direct support on weekdays only, a toll-free prerecorded hint line, toll-free fax support, and active online forums on both America Online and CompuServe.

I believe that Claris has succeeded admirably on all counts.
