Improved innovation, budget control and technical knowledge are among the benefits that can be gained by organisations that outsource facilities management (FM), according to Chris McLain, group energymanaging director at George S Hall.
McLain told members at Birmingham branch's well-attended February event that outsourcing FM could offer companies a "simpler, better and cheaper provision of services".
