BNP Paribas has seen two senior changes in its Asia business recently, according to multiple sources close to the situation.
Veteran debt banker Frank Kwong, who has worked for BNP for 15 years, retired from the firm on October 31. Kwong was most recently the head of primary markets for Asia Pacific, based in Hong Kong. In the past, Kwong also worked as head of debt syndicate, Japan, at the bank.
Si Liang, head of Asia ex-Japan debt syndicate at BNP in Singapore, is expected to replace Kwong, overseeing the syndicate team. She has worked at the...
