Victoria's Injunction: A&H Sportswear Co. Inc., a Stockertown, Pa., swimwear firm, has won a seven-year battle to bar Victoria's Secret from using the "Miracle Bra" name for its swimwear line. A&H has a 1992 trademark for its own line of Miraclesuit swimwear. The injunction was issued on Jan. 9 by a federal district court judge in Pennsylvania, although A&H was denied monetary damages.
