When guys start talking over beers, almost anything can happen. A day of fishing can turn into the biggest whopper ever landed. But in the case of Matthew Ryba and Andrew Lessman, it can turn into a thriving multi-million dollar construction company.
In 1998, both men were still single and spending time together hanging out, chatting and brainstorming. Ryba
was a construction executive with an economics background and Lessman was a vitamin mogul. One thing led to another, and the two men formed TWC Construction Inc. The initials stand for "The Winning Combination," and what a combination they have made.
What began as a two-person idea has since blossomed into a 38employee construction business generating $50 million in annual revenue. TWC tackles tough jobs ranging from retail and office to industrial and manufacturing, Focusing primarily on the private sector, the firm has undertaken some of the Las Vegas Valley's most complex, high-profile projects.
