Canada is No. 1 in government online service delivery, according to a recent study. For the third consecutive year, Canada has topped Accenture's global ranking of overall e-government maturity, which measures the breadth and sophistication of online services offered by 22 countries' governments. The level of online "maturity" can range from simply publishing information, to offering some electronic interaction to providing full capabilities for online transactions.
