Private equity's interest in wound care continues as Clayton Dubilier & Rice agrees to buy Healogics Holding Corp.
The New York private equity firm paid $910 million for the target, reportedly outbidding other acquisitive financial sponsors, including a consortium of Ares Management LP (ARES.N) and Leonard Green & Partners LP, as well as TPG Capital LP.
