CDC Mortgage Capital has written an $82 million floatingrate loan on California Market Center, the nation's largest fashion and textile showroom facility.
The 1.9 million-square-foot Los Angeles property is owned by a partnership among Hertz Investment of Los Angeles, the Levy family of France and a subsidiary of Daily Mail & General Trust, a London publishing concern.
