Celebration of Women Presidents

In recognition of Cosmetic Executive Women's 50 years of honoring women who make a difference in the industry, CEW held an anniversary celebration at New York City's The Equitable Center titled "Women Presidents." Speakers included Susan Arnold, president of Procter & Gamble's global personal beauty care and global personal care divisions; Lynne Greene, president of The Estee Lauder Companies' specialty groups worldwide division; and Robin Burns, president and CEO of Intimate Beauty Corp. and Victoria's secret Beauty. The presidents discussed the issues, rewards and challenges of leadership, and what it means to be a woman in charge. The event concluded with a champagne reception.
