Jinan Yinquan Technology, one of the wholly-owned subsidiaries of China VoIP & Digital Telecom Inc. (OTC:CVDT) has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Tsinghua University's Computer Science and Technology Department.
Highlights of the agreement:
1) Yinquan Technology and the Department will jointly establish a Cloud Computing Lab and an Application & Promotion Center of Cloud Computing Platform in Shandong province. The purpose of creating these facilities is to promote cloud computing technology in China and Shandong will be the first testing place for the marketing model.
2) Yinquan Technology and the Department will jointly establish the Cloud Computing Industry-Academic-Research (IAR) Base and Yinquan will be Tsinghua University's designated IAR base for cloud computing. Professors from Tsinghua University will periodically visit Yinquan to guide the company's new products development and technology improvement.
