It's not often that managing a business is compared to playing in an orchestra, but this is how CIMA presented its flagship report at the World Congress of Accountants (WCOA) in Rome last month. I don't want to bang our drum too loudly, but the institute's latest piece of thought leadership provides a compelling glimpse into the future of decision-making, risk and performance management.
Regular FM readers will know that CIMA's recent research has focused on employment trends - and on how we can ensure that our members and students are fully equipped to meet the business needs of today and tomorrow.
