Seems that old saying "Half a loaf is better than no loaf at all" is still relevant today. Only its not loaves but commissions that drive the 300-plus members of the Commercial and, Industrial Real Estate Brokers, or CIREB. Established in 1967, this group meets monthly for face-to-face networking among brokers agents, property managers, developers and appraiserswho am all basically, competitors.
Armed with an organized database of property listings, CIREB members believe they have an advantage over other brokers. During their monthly meetings they can showcase current commercial properties to potential buyers who are represented by other brokers in the room.
