The Deal: Cisco Systems Inc. has agreed to acquire the newly public ArrowPoint Communications Inc. for $6.1 billion in stock. Unusual trading activity and Internet postings that preceded the announcement of the deal suggests that the news of the transaction might have leaked. ArrowPoint shares rose 4 percent after the news was announced, but it gained 27 percent on the day prior to the announcement.
