Memphis-based Clark & Clark is already looking for additional real estate as it launches its sixth 98,000square-foot speculative building at Lenox Park, a $100 million office complex in the Nonconnah Corridor.
The four-story complex, known as Building G, is expected to be completed by Oct. 1.
Purchase, N.Y.-based International Paper, which is leasing all of building E at Lenox Park, has an option through 2002 to lease Building F - which has yet to be built - so Clark & Clark is launching what could be the final, $13.5 million speculative building at Lenox.
The firm is scouting the market for additional land for future development, but it will probably allow the office real estate market to settle through 2001 before starting another project, particularly since several Class A buildings are scheduled to hit the market in 2000. And financing options...
