Clark Memorial Hospital has released details on a $4 million physicians office building that will be part of $5 million in renovation and construction projects happening on its Jeffersonville campus.
Work on the office building has been delayed because rainy weather prevented completion of a parking lot nearby, said Martin Padgett, chief financial officer of Clark Memorial Hospital.
Building construction is expected to start by the end of the month, he added.
Besides the office building, other projects under way include construction of two parking lots and renovations to the third and fourth floors of the hospital.

Work on the $4 million Medical Arts Building II is expected to be completed in 10 months, said Fred Horlander, vice president of support services for Clark Memorial Hospital.
