What worried Ed Rivalsky the most about the growth of his company, Clinical Specialties Inc., was the loss of the casual culture of professionalism he fostered since founding it in 1988.
"I was afraid of how the culture would change when you go from 48 people to 100 people," said Mr. Rivalsky, president and CEO of the Brecksville health care services company. "I think that the fabric has remained despite that we have grown. We have multiple locations now, and that's awesome to see."
But growing seems to be what CSI does best. With an office in Brecksville and one in Columbus, plus a third set to open in Detroit in the third quarter of this year, CSI operates through two distinct business units - CSI Infusion Services and CSI Network Services.
CSI Network Services started in 1998. It links together patients, insurance companies and home health care services. CSI Infusion Services began in 1988 and provides IV therapies for use in the home.
