FARMERS BRANCH - Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. is quenching its thirst for more efficient office space by taking 119,000 square feet in Centura Tower. The Atlanta-based bottling and distribution arm of The Coca-Cola Co. has signed a 10-year lease for nearly five floors in the 15-story, 412,500-square-foot tower at the Dallas North Tollway and Spring Valley Road.
The deal is believed to be the largest office transaction along the Tollway since Kinko's moved its headquarters here from Ventura, Calif., in 2002.
About 400 employees will relocate to Centura Tower in November, said David Sords, vice president of public affairs in the company's Austin office. CCE is putting all local administrative employees under one roof. They're coming out of various Dallas locations, including space in the Galleria and along Lemmon Avenue.
