Cohen & Co. has a new managing partner running its Cleveland office. He's a young accountant who in a few short years could be heading up the entire regional accounting firm.
At 32, Randall Myeroff isn't just the firm's youngest partner -he's the heir-apparent to manage the five-office, 121-person firm in the year 2000, when the term of current managing partner Richard Bongorno expires, Mr. Bongorno said last week.
Last Friday, Feb. 2, Cohen & Co.'s staff learned of Mr. Myeroff's ascension come May 1 to managing partner in charge of the Cleveland office Mr. Bongorno said the move frees him to focus on companywide strategic issues and on serving his own clients without needing to deal with the day-to-day management of the firm's main office downtown.
