W.C. "Cam" Buffington is the newest president and chief operating officer at Colmac Industries Inc. He replaces Scott McMillan, who will remain as CEO and chairman, a position he has held since the retirement of his father, Roger McMillan, in 2005.
Bufflngton will be the first president of Colmac Industries other than a McMillan since Jerry McMillan founded the company in 1957. Buffington has worked for Colmac for more than 15 years and held the position of vice president since 1996.
Power tool manufacturer Lenox announced three recent appointments. The company named Lee Wilkins director of marketing for its hand tools division. Wilkins comes to Lenox from GKI/Bethlehem Lighting where he had been the vice president of marketing and product development since 2002. At Lenox, Wilkins will be responsible for strategic development, commercialization and profitable growth of Lenox hand tool offerings.
Lenox also promoted Craig Vogel to the position of vice president of sales for the industrial market and Jim Welch was named vice president of commercial sales.
Vogel will be responsible for sales in the industrial markets in North America, while Welch will be responsible for plumbing, HVACR and electrical equipment distribution.
Aerco International Inc. announced its recent senior-level promotions. Neil Pilaar has been named director of global sales with new-revenue responsibility beyond the United States market. He will maintain his responsibility for U.S. sales as well as oversee the operations of Aerco's international network of 31 sales representatives in the Americas, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and New Zealand.
