CompuLaw LLC, Los Angeles, publisher of calendar/docket software with built-in court rules databases, has launched a comprehensive collection of U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) calendaring rules databases for attorneys. The new rule set includes the ITC Rules of Practice and Procedure and relevant related provisions of the U.S. Code. By utilizing these databases, attorneys can monitor their cases and keep track of all related deadlines, such as those that follow publishing a notice of investigation, filing an application for release of proprietary information under protective order, filing a petition for reconsideration, and service of the initial determination of the Administrative Law Judge.
The Rules of Practice and Procedure contain guidelines for various ITC investigations, including rules of general application, rules for increased import investigations (including global safeguard and bilateral safeguard investigations), rules for countervailing duty and antidumping investigations (including NAFTA Panel Reviews)...
