CompuLaw LLC, Los Angeles, publisher of calendar/docket software with built-in court rules databases, has announced the addition of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board's (TTAB) New Institution Order rules to its comprehensive U.S. Patent and Trademark database.
CompuLaw recently updated its Trademark Inter Partes Proceedings rules database with significant procedural changes for Opposition, Cancellation and Concurrent Use proceedings before the TTAB. The Trademark database also includes new deadlines listed in TTAB Institution Order. Using CompuLaw Vision's Case Summary feature, users can calendar and monitor the new rules of practice for TTAB proceedings, including new disclosure, discovery and trial-related deadlines.
