A four-barge sealift is mid-way between New Iberia, La., and West Dock at Prudhoe Bay carrying modular facilities which will complete major production projects planned for Alaska's North Slope oil fields.
The four 400-foot barges are carrying 14 production modules weighing 23,000 tons to complete the second gas handling expansion project at Prudhoe Bay and allow waterflooding at the Point McIntyre field.
