In-House GaAs Foundry: pHEMT, MESFET & HBT - 30 Million/Month
Celeritek is celebrating 15 years as a premier innovator in the design and manufacturing of GaAs semiconductor components and GaAs-based subsystems used in the transmission of voice, video, data and fiber optic communication networks. Our products are specifically designed to facilitate broadband voice and data transmission in mobile handsets and wireless communication infrastructure.
GaAs Expertise
Celeritek's expertise in design and manufacturing allows us to deliver high quality products to our customers by balancing the latest GaAs technology with advanced manufacturing techniques. In particular, we are able to manufacture GaAs semiconductor components that meet or exceed the linearity requirements of CDMA as well as TDMA. This is due, in part, to our proficiency with MESFET, pHEMT and InGaP HBT semiconductor processes.
Some of our latest efforts have resulted in the development of products targeted for highspeed fiber optic applications of up to 15 Gb/s.

Consumer demand for smaller handset size, longer talk-time and additional services such as internet and.data access, has increased the complexity for handset manufacturers.
