Retired Bellevue, Wash., business executive Curtis Lindley and his wife, Mary, have bought the unfinished Chimney Rock Industrial Park, which includes a 73,500-square-foot building and about eight acres of land, near Freya and Trent for $2.65 million.
The Lindleys plan to construct three additional buildings on the property to complete the development and could begin work on at least one of the new structures within the next year or so, says Rocky Rothrock, manager and leasing agent for the property.
Rothrock says he is looking for build to-suit tenants that would be interested in locating there. Although he hasn't secured any tenants yet, he says he expects the demand for space there to be strong, based on the current tightness of the industrial real...
