* Crypto asset brokerage firm Voyager Digital Ltd. is facing a proposed class-action lawsuit for allegedly charging customers hidden fees on cryptocurrency trading transactions, Bloomberg News reported, citing a court filing. According to the complaint, Voyager markets its trades as commission-free, but there are some "secret commissions" baked in every trade that most of the time exceed the publicly known fees and commissions charged by Voyager's competitors, the media outlet reported. Voyager has reportedly denied the allegations.
* Australia's Bank of Queensland Ltd. is weighing a potential acquisition of buy-now, pay-later firm Humm Group Ltd. and the bank has engaged advisers, including Goldman Sachs, insiders told The Australian. Latitude Financial Group Ltd. has also expressed interest in Humm Group's noncommercial leasing business.
* Spain's CaixaBank SA agreed to acquire a 51% stake in Bankia Mapfre Vida Sociedad Anonima De Seguros Y Reaseguros held by Mapfre SA for €323.7 million, winding up the insurance company's bancassurance agreement with Bankia SA. CaixaBank will also pay Mapfre €247.1 million for the termination of an agency contract to distribute non-life insurance. The bank has agreed to refer to arbitration to determine if it is obliged to pay an additional €52 million in relation to the deal.
