DATAEASE INTERNATIONAL INC. last week made its first foray into programmable Windows databases with the release of DataEase 5 for Windows.
DataEase is aimed at developers as an easy-to-use rapid application-development tool, as opposed to an end-user database, such as Microsoft Corp.'s Access or Lotus Development Corp.'s Approach.
DataEase 5 for Windows joins existing versions of DataEase for OS/2 and DOS, introduced earlier this year.
