Abstract

More than 200 attendees met recently to discuss mutual concerns at BITS 2000, a Burn-In & Test Socket Workshop. Million discusses some of the presentations given at the meeting and how the meeting was a success because of the ability to talk directly to the key players of the entire test and burn-in industry.
