The business partnership that manages the business functions of Detroit's two daily newspapers has launched a website that aggregates news content from around Michigan.
The Detroit Media Partnership's Michigan.com will directly challenge rival MLive.com for some news consumers and advertisers.
Michigan.com will aggregate news, weather, sports, traffic, entertainment and recreation content from more than 30 organizations statewide, the partnership said in a statement.
