DK&A has pulled out of its announced merger with Farrukh Systems, after already spending #50,000 in anticipation of the takeover. DK&A, based in London and Los Angeles, is a supplier of prepress software solutions. Its most popular product being the InPosition Quark Xtension software. Farrukh Systems is a UK imposition software developer which also has offices Germany and the US.
