DNS FOR WINDOWS NT
In regard to the piece in the May 1998 column on DNS for Windows NT ("Help with DNS," page 27), I would like to offer some suggestions. We just spent two solid months attempting to make Windows NT 4.o DNS work with other DNS servers running on Windows NT 4.o and HP-Unix machines, with reasonably good success.
However, we found that most of the available documentation on DNS was useless. In my opinion, the most important reference was the document "DNS and Microsoft Windows NT 4.0," by Scott B. Suhy and Glenn Wood....
