[...]DOD IG found, the Army "did not have reasonable assurance that the K-BOSSS contractor complied with all contract requirements or earned the entire $13 million in award fees paid during the last two Fee Evaluation Board award periods. Additionally, DOD IG recommended that the ASG-KU commander and 408th CSB commander "develop a process to accurately track incoming and outgoing [contracting officer's representatives] and COR reporting to ensure oversight responsibilities are adequately covered."
