DyDo Drinco has updated DyDo Demitasse Coffee, one of its main brands. For a limited time, it comes with a diecast miniature model of a classic Japanese car. Each can (155g) sells for 120 yen. Since the product was released in 1992, sales have been growing steadily and last year about 8 million cases sold. The product has appealed to frequent buyers since it uses select coffee beans from Guatemala, Mexico, Honduras and Colombia and is manufactured with strict methods. The luxury taste comes from the use of 50% more coffee beans than required. A milk content of 18% makes it mild. DyDo uses the so-called double dark roast method to draw out the flavor and aroma guard roasting to protect the aroma, by roasting slowly at low temperatures.
