Abstract

Management for Novalux now includes Charles Roxlo, formerly with Lucent Technologies, as director of product technology, while R. Douglas Norby joined Novalux as chief financial officer in December. Norby was most recently executive vice president and CFO at LSI Logic Corp. Hem Takiar, the director of packaging, is another newcomer to Novalux. Takiar's claim to fame involves developing wafer-level chip-scale packaging and flip-chips at National Semiconductor Corp.
